We also specialise in group bookings whereby groups of family or friends rent all 4 apartments giving them exclusivity of the property, pool and gardens. This especially suits groups who want the privacy of their own living space within one of the 4 apartments but within a shared environment.
You can relax in the knowledge that the management agent (Huseyin) are on hand 24 hrs a day in the unlikely event of any problems.

The newly built Dalaman airport is less than 30 minutes by car from the apartments. Airport transfers can be arranged if required.
There are flights to Dalaman from most major U.K. and European airports.
Dalyan is a beautiful area which is great fun for all ages. It is a conservation area (World Heritage Site) so there are strict planning regulations in the town to govern construction (maximum 2 stories, no construction is permitted from the start May until the end of October).
The town of Dalyan which is a 5 minute walk away, is set on the winding Dalyan river that flows between the Mediterranean Sea and Lake Koycegic, famous for its mud baths and thermal springs.
The local
beach 'Iztuzu' or 'Turtle beach' has been voted one of the top ten beaches in the world by the 'Times'.
There is a great selection of shops, bars, and riverside restaurants to suit every taste.
Many of the bars offer live music at night, however there is only one nightclub which is situated at the top end of the town. Most bars and many shops remain open to 2am.
Turkey really is ‘where East meets West’. Shopping prices are very reasonable and the local market on Saturdays provides an excellent way to pick up bargains and mix with the friendly local people.
